Our Grazing Gardens and Boxes are not only a visual delight, they are a luxurious gourmet experience. At Blossom, we lovingly make our own hand crafted selection of condiments, beautiful baked treats and curated canapés. Seasonal produce, decadent cheeses, cured meats and freshly baked bread of the highest quality is locally sourced by artisan suppliers.
Every Grazing Garden is seasonal and unique, with a selection of the below items included. We also offer a range of canapé options that can be added to your Garden or served by staff during your event.

GRAZING GARDEN OPTIONS
SAVOURY.
CLASSIC PACKAGE.
Seasonal selection of fresh produce, antipasto, handmade condiments, local artisan baked bread, french and locally sourced cheeses and gourmet cured meats.
LUXE PACKAGE.
Extra luxurious options are added, including baked ricotta, candied fruit, edible flowers, pickled vegetables, Italian small goods and fresh honeycomb.
SWEET.
CLASSIC PACKAGE.
Homemade baked treats, seasonal fresh fruit, chocolate honeycomb and nuts.
LUXE PACKAGE.
Extra luxurious treats are added, including chocolate dipped fruit, Italian biscuits and decadent handmade cakes.

DIETARY / ALLERGEN NOTES
Dietary requests are available, however please note that due to the free flowing nature of grazing, cross traces of allergens may occur. Some of our items contain nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten. Dietary signage available upon request.
FOOD SAFETY
All of our food is lovingly prepared in a government approved commercial kitchen, in accordance with the Food Safety Act.
Please allow a MAXIMUM of a 3 hour window to enjoy our Grazing Gardens or Boxes. This window starts from the delivery of the Box or the set up of a Grazing Garden. Food not consumed within 3 hours should be disposed. Blossom takes no responsibility for food consumed outside this window.
We recommend Grazing Gardens are set up inside in an air conditioned or well ventilated space. If your event is outside, a shaded area out of direct sunlight is essential. We recommend keeping our Grazing Boxes cool until you are ready to enjoy with friends and loved ones.
